1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping is always free, no matter the order size.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package on the carrier’s website.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return your item following our return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
